How this screen mirroring receiver works
This page turns the device you are reading on into a screen mirroring display. Each time it loads, it asks the signaling server for a fresh pairing code and draws it as a QR. The Screen Mirror app reads that code, opens a direct connection back to this page, and streams your phone's screen here.
The video flows peer-to-peer between your phone and this browser, so both devices must be on the same Wi-Fi network. If the picture does not appear after you scan, check that the phone and this computer are on the same network, that is the one requirement screen mirroring depends on.
